All programs are fully all-inclusive. This covers your accommodation in the villa, all meals prepared by the in-residence chef, every session and workshop in the program, all scheduled transfers, and full access to the facilities throughout your stay. International flights are not included.
We run a maximum of eight guests per retreat. This is not a cost-saving measure. It is essential to the quality of the experience. Everyone gets direct time with each practitioner, and the group dynamic is something we take seriously when reviewing applications.
The screening call is not a sales call. It exists so we can confirm the program is genuinely right for you, and so you can confirm we are genuinely right for what you need. Placing someone in the wrong environment does not serve them. It also matters for the group. Every guest deserves to know the people around them have made the same committed decision to be there.
Yes. The physical programming is calibrated on a per-person basis after the intake assessment on arrival. We do not run a fixed fitness class. The work is adapted to you. That said, you should expect to be challenged and to do real physical work during the week.
Places are limited and retreats do fill. We recommend enquiring at least six to eight weeks before your preferred dates to go through intake and confirm your place. Some programs book out sooner than that, particularly the special event retreats.
This is a specialist performance camp running alongside Royce Gracie, UFC Hall of Famer and one of the most significant figures in the history of Brazilian jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts. It combines the SOHA wellness and mental performance framework with direct martial arts training under Royce. No prior martial arts experience is required, though a reasonable level of physical fitness is expected.
Completely. We do not share guest information with anyone. We do not publish guest lists or tag guests in any content without explicit permission. Discretion is standard practice at SOHA, not a special request.
